AGE REQUIREMENT

For groups A, B, drivers must be over 23 years of age. For any other vehicle group, min age of the driver must be 25.

PAYMENT METHOD

For all groups a valid Credit Card (Visa or Master), must be shown for all necessary pre-authorization amounts as well as pre-payments and settlement of final rental charges.

DRIVING LICENSE

A valid driving license held for at least two year is required from the driver.

MINIMUM RENTAL

3 day. Every hour in excess is calculated at 1/5 of daily rate.

TRAFFIC FINES

All fines resulting from the drivers conduct are born solely by the renter.

INSURANCE

All authorized drivers vehicles are covered against damages from Fire to the rented vehicle, and Liability Insurance to Third Party death, injury, and property. Both coverages are subject to General Terms of the car hire’s insurance contract with its Insurer.

COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER (CDW-SCDW)

The renters liability for damage to the rented vehicle, can be reduced, under the condition that the Greek Traffic Law is not violated, to a minimum charge of €300 for groups A, B, €900 for groups C,D,E,H,Ι. The renter may reduce the above liability to a minimum charge of €150 for groups A, B, €300 for groups C,D,Ε,Η,Ι by paying 10€ and 15€ per day respectively. Aggregate indemnity for any accident is limited to 500.000 Euro.

EXTRA DRIVER

One extra driver free of charge.  For 3rd driver a charge of 5 euro per day.

DELIVERY AND COLLECTION

Free to the airport and port from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. For night deliver a 15 euro charge is applied.

TYRE , WHEELS COVERAGE, UNDERCARRIAGE, MIRRORS AND WINDSCREEN

Are not covered by any insurance.

GASOLINE

Gasoline consumption is payable by the renter.

REFUELLING SERVICE CHARGE

BABY SEATS

Available on request with a daily charge of €2.

GPS

Available on request with a daily charge of €8.

FLEET AVAILABILITY

The Company reserves the right to provide a different car model to that originally reserved of an equivalent or higher model type.

FERRY RESTRICTIONS

Allowed only with prior written agreement. Please note that any damage to the vehicle in transit will be not covered by any insurance.

TAXES

All rates and charges in this brochure are subjected to V.A.T.

JURISDICTION

The agreement between the car hire company and the renter is governed by Greek Legislation and any disputes which may arise between Lessor and Renter from this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Greek courts .
